    Performance safety

The unsafe force_tcp_nodelay, scaling-min-frequency, CPU-scan-order, and incorrect cpufreq unlikely() patches are not applied. Both kernels retain only the two checksum-bound ARM64 optimization patches listed above.

    Artifact contract

Each download is a directly flashable root-layout AnyKernel archive containing exactly one root Image. No nested ZIP, bypass package, NoMount package, validation-evidence package, or other sidecar is included.

Both artifacts passed ZIP integrity, safe-path, member-inventory, compiled-configuration, and downloaded-artifact contract validation. This release makes no new device boot or runtime claim.
